“I have taken Amy’s classes on and off for years. I have always felt comfortable as well as challenged. After leaving Amy’s class I not only felt stronger physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Amy’s encouragement and experience has helped me so much, I am all around healthier when I am involved with her classes.”
