Better than store bought all day long, and way better for you!
1 1/2 C Old Fashioned Oats
1/4 C unsweetened Dried Cranberries
1/4 C Chopped walnuts or Pecans
1/4 C Raw Pumpkin seeds (Pepitas)
1/4 C unsweetened Shredded Coconut
3 Tbsp Maple Syrup 🍁
1Tbsp of Ghee or Olive Oil
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients together in large bowl, mix well.
Spread oat mixture out evenly on prepared pan.
Bake 35-40 minutes, stirring occasionally until dry and lightly toasted.
